MIXED MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS TRAINING Achieving Real Results ! ![]() Street Smart Advanced Classes I and II After completion of the Basic Class you'll be assisted with continued practice on all the moves learned in that class, and an increased physical work-out is included to really get you in the best shape of your life. A-I also adds lessons in "pressure points", which will totally change your outlook on defensive fighting techniques. Here's where you'll really begin to understand the old adage about "The best defense, is a good offense". You'll learn to take it to the assailant in ways you never dreamed possible. A-II reinforces A-I lessons with additional Street Smart input that will teach you how to disrupt the aggressor's thought process and leave him vulnerable to the tactics you will now have acquired. A-I and A-II are two-hour classes held once a week on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 PM for six-weeks each.
