MIXED MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS TRAINING Achieving Real Results ! ![]() Street Smart "eXtreme" Class Depending on each students personal performance, you may progress to the "eXtreme" Class only after a minimum of one six-week session each of A-I and A-II. Some students may require another repetition of A-II. For clarification, we advance from A-II "at our own pace". To join the 'elevated' students already classified as eXtreme Masters, we have to "prove our ability to learn". Determination and drive are as important as natural ability. By now you will be in superior physical condition, with increased stamina and flexibility. You will have attained the knowledge and reflexes to know, to anticipate, what to expect from an attacker be it a robber, rapist, or street punk just showing off for his friends. We progress here to moves not taught in your typical martial arts dojo. You will learn to win at all costs, you have decided to not be a victim, you'll now be capable of defending yourself against individuals larger and stronger than yourself, and against multiple attackers. Even more important, you will discover that knowing your opponents weaknesses has more to do with winning than physical size, or being proficient at striking and kicking. But you'll learn more. Tactics ! How to take the fight, once it has started, and move it away from our opponents style of fighting… to our preferred way of doing battle. Technique ! How to use our knowledge learned, to attack our opponents weaknesses, like pressure points and limb joints rather than depending only on strength and aggression. Isn't your life, and the lives of your family, worth investing fifty-two hours of your time ? I assure you, with sixteen hours of "Basic" training, 12 hours each of A-I and A-II training, and then with 12 hours of "eXtreme", you will be much better prepared to defend yourself in a real world altercation than students who have two full years of "any Karate" training in this nation. You have my personal guarantee.
